What to Expect
Over 7 days, we’ll journey together online with Poetry as Portal On Demand as our guide. Each day offers gentle opportunities to deepen and expand your journey, with the option to share your reflections and writings around our virtual campfire.
Each day you’ll receive:
a short reflection from me and an audio presencing practice to ground you in the daily theme;
a gentle writing prompt or contemplation to guide your expression; and
a community space to share your reflections and writing and witness others’ journeys.
You’ll also be invited to join two online gatherings - on 21 September and 28 September - to open and close our journey together and create a sacred container for our time.
How It Works
All you need is 15–60 minutes a day, depending on how you feel called to engage. You may wish to gather your favourite writing or drawing supplies, find a quiet space to return to daily, and connect with us in our Mighty Networks community where I’ll be present each day. You’ll receive an invitation to join our private Mighty Networks Community one week before we begin and the space will remain open for sharing and connecting for a week after we complete our journey.
There are no set times - everything can be engaged with in your own rhythm and at your own pace. The only live elements are the optional opening and closing circles, hosted in our private community space.
We begin with our Opening Circle on 21 September.
